On January 15, a delegation led by Chen Zhe, Deputy General Manager of China Southern Airlines Group Co., Ltd., visited Beihang School of Aviation for discussions on further cooperation. The meeting was attended by Deng Yi, Vice President of Beihang University, along with Zhao Ying 、Wang Yangzhu and other personnel from SA.

Deng Yi highlighted the fruitful cooperation between the two sides over the past 34 years. She expressed hope for deepening strategic cooperation with China Southern Airlines, innovating the industry-education integration model, and expanding the pilot program for postgraduate pilots to cultivate highly skilled professionals with strong political integrity and technical expertise.

Chen Zhe noted that the enterprise's demand for pilots is shifting from quantity to quality. He suggested integrating corporate cases and operational standards into the curriculum to closely combine theory with practice, thereby providing solid talent support for building China into a powerhouse in civil aviation.
