The School of Aviation at Beihang University is pleased to announce that faculty member Xie Gang has been selected for the 10th Young Talent Lift Project by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST).

Launched in 2015 by CAST, the Young Talent Lift Project pioneers innovative approaches to selecting, cultivating, and evaluating early-career scientists. Recognized as the "first stepping stone" for young scientific talent, the program provides critical support during researchers' most pivotal phase of academic development—often described as "timely assistance when most needed."
