On September 29, 2025, School of Aviation hosted a special primer course on “The Development and Future Outlook of China’s Civil Aviation,” featuring Researcher Peng Zheng from the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology as the keynote speaker.

Through key developmental stages and landmark events, Peng Zheng illustrated the industry’s leap from initially “keeping pace” to “running alongside” global leaders, and even to “taking the lead” in certain areas. He highlighted the dual drivers of high-quality development: “globalization” and “Smart Civil Aviation.”
