Recently, Wu Lixin, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Air Macau Company Limited(Air Macau), led a delegation to Beihang University. The two sides held discussions focusing on industry-university collaboration and talent development, to pool expertise and efforts for the high-quality development of China's civil aviation sector. Also present at the meeting were BUAA President Wang Yunpeng, Vice President Wu Jianghao, and Air Macau Deputy CEO Du Guofu.

A formal cooperation agreement signing ceremony was subsequently held at the Lecture Hall at Ruixin Conference Center. Dean Wang Yangzhu (SA) and Deputy CEO Du Guofu (Air Macau) signed the cooperation agreement

before witnesses including Air Macau delegation members Li Guang (Flight Operations Director), Li Hua (North China Regional Manager), and Zhang Bin (Deputy HR Director), alongside Beihang representatives Qian Zheng (Dean of Academic Affairs), Bai Lin (Director of International Cooperation), Liu Hu (Dean of Undergraduate Studies), and Zhao Ying (SA Party Secretary).

Notably, this partnership launches the Project Lift-off initiative—offering Air Macau cadetships for up to 10 Class of 2024 Beihang undergraduates toward airline employment post-graduation.
